What I Ate Today | 8

Breakfast 11.55am

I honestly can't remember why I was up and having breakfast sooo late on Thursday but to make up for the lie in I did eat it whilst revising so you can't tell me off! I had a massive smoothie bowl made from 1 frozen banana, a cup of frozen raspberries and blueberries and a bit of almond milk, I sprinkled it with Milled Linseed, Goji Berries, Pumpkin and Sunflower Seeds (a mix from Aldi) and Chia seeds and it was super tasty. It was like having sorbet for breakfast and I am not going to complain about that.

Lunch 1.59pm

Lunch was leftover lentil dahl (I make THE best lentil dahl ever) with rice, spinach, tomato and black pepper and it was delicious and probably too much food but I ate it and I was happy. After eating this and doing more revision I soent the afternoon in the park with my flatmates where I had an apple and a lemonade ice lolly which I have photos of but they just look a bit boring so you'll have to believe me...

Dinner 7pm

For dinner I had my favourite thing ever which is avocado pasta. Honestly if you love avocados and you haven't had them with pasta before you need to. All I do is mash an avocado, add a squeeze of lemon juice, some lightly fried finely chopped garlic, a drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper, I mix it with cooked pasta and it is just incredible. I had it with roasted aubergine, courgette and onion because they needed using up and they weren't the best ever accompaniment but it was fine and I ate them.

Later I went out and proceeded to drink more gin and tonics than I can remember...
