Today was a rare day in Greater Manchester when it was actually sunny when I wanted to take blog photos, to the extent that I could actually pass these photos off as being taken in Summer though it was absolutely freezing so maybe don't go out in a bardot top at this time of year kids...

I'm not sure if I'm looking forward to going back to Uni or not, I really love being at home but it is very difficult to get work done here or stay focused, and when everyone else is at School, College or Working it can be pretty dull. Although I have Exams when I'm back at Uni so yeah maybe I don't want to go back quite yet.

Before Christmas I think I owned about 2 pairs of shoes and now I have a lot more... I'm not sure how it happened but these gorgeous 60s pointed ankle boots were a Christmas gift from my Parents (My Mum) and I love them. I certainly won't be walking very far in them as the heel is rather high but I think they look amazing with my denim midi and how could I resist pairing it all with a bardot top for the perfect 60s inspired ensemble.

And then of course there's the jacket. The jacket of my dreams that I bought last summer from miss selfridge which I'm sure you've seen on my blog before, I haven't worn this in a long while as on a weekend trip home in October I swapped it with my big winter coat and I was sooooo glad to be reunited with it when I came home for Christmas, I haven't even worn it that much because of the cold but quite frankly I just enjoy staring at it. IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL.

Anyway, I hope you're all as reluctant to abandon Christmas as I am... I know it's been January for over a week now but I'm still not ready, and the fact I've watched The Gavin and Stacey Christmas Special twice since Christmas is proof enough...
