I've also decided to be healthier and not eat loads of rubbish just for the sake of eating, so far today i have eaten 656 calories and burnt off 397. I don't think i'm going to be eating dinner either because i'm too tired. I think i might do the 5:2 diet just to stay healthy.
I'm sorry this is post is very much just thoughts but i'm really not feeling great today and i kind of wanted it to be this way. I was going to do an outfit post but i think i'll do one over the weekend instead.
p.s. i think i might change my signature... i'm really starting to dislike that ^.
